RETURNS POLICY
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we offer full refunds for the following three reasons.

1. 7-DAY RETURNS
We want you to love your jewellery as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- in substantially the same condition as when it was received;
- packaged with the authenticity card; and
- purchased at a non-discounted price.

2. AUTHENTICITY RETURNS
We stand behind the authenticity of every piece we sell. If your item does not align with the materials or fineness stated, you may return it at any time.

3. QUALITY RETURNS
Pre-loved, but never compromised. If your item is faulty, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
This includes defects that make the item unable to be worn, such as:
- earrings or chain clasps that do not securely close;
- broken links; or
- loose stones.

HOW TO START A RETURN
For a seamless return, please:
- complete the Returns Form, accessible below;
- package your return (including the authenticity card); then
- drop your return off at your local post office using the label we provide.

POSTAGE AND INSURANCE
Authenticity or Quality Returns will be covered by us — there is no cost to you.
For 7-Day Returns, the buyer is responsible for postage and insurance costs associated with the return.
